This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how SplitSnap ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application ("Application"). We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

• Invoice Recognition Data: Our Application uses your device's camera to capture images for invoice recognition. We do not store invoice data but we might rely on third-party service for invoice processing.

• Face Data: Our Application uses your device's camera to capture images for face detection. We do not store face data nor share it with third parties.

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our Application, such as the features you access and the time spent on the Application.

  When you access the Application and use the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, even if you have not logged in. That information includes, but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, details about how you have used the Application, access dates and times, hardware and software information and crash data.

  Geo-location Information. When you use certain features of the Application, we may collect information about your approximate location as determined through data such as your IP address.

  SDKs. Third parties, including Sentry, App Center, Google Firebase, may use storage technologies to collect or receive information from the Application and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

  Usage Data is not collected for the purpose of identifying the User. However, User must be aware that the identification may be possible through further elaborations and associations, as well as with information held by third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Application.
• Perform invoice recognition and face recognition as part of the Application's functionality.

We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information. We are committed to maintaining your trust, and we want you to understand when and with whom we may share the information we collect.

We may share your information with third-party vendors and service-providers that help us with specialized services, including business analytics, marketing, advertising, performance monitoring, hosting, and data processing. These third-party vendors and service providers may not use your information for purposes other than those related to the services they are providing to us.

• If required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Application, our users, or the public.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
